Delivery Terms

Products and pricing

All products include consumer tax VAT 24% when ordered inside the EU area. Each product price in the webshop includes this tax, i.e. no taxes are added to total order price. Orders outside of the EU area do not have consumer tax. See tax-free pick-up option at the bottom of this page.

Postal and delivery costs

Oy Matkahuolto Ab's Near Parcel is ideal for online stores, in addition to Matkahuolto outlets, Near Parcel can be claimed at any Pick-up Points such as Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket shops operated by Suomen Lähikauppa Oy. You can pick up your parcel conveniently during the operating hours of the stores. You will receive a text message when your parcel is ready for pick up. When paying by a credit card you will be only charged delivery fee that is dependent on your shopping cart. When ordering outside of the EU area customer is responsible for all possible customs fees and duties.

Exchange and return

tackla.com shop obeys consumer protection law 6th chapter stating distant sales such as internet sales.

All products have 14 day exchange and return option exluding custom embroidered products except for damaged items. 14 days starts from getting the parcel. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Tackla Pro Oy notifies possible delivery delays and out-of-stock products in the webshop.

When returning a package, you need to include a written note or use the package document to report the defects in the product or other reason for your return or exchange. You need to include whether you want your money back or a new undamaged or different size, color etc. product. If you want your money back you need to include your account number.

Returns in Finland

The parcel can be returned in a nearest Post office or Matkahuolto office as a 'customer return' free of charge in case of defect in the product or other seller fault. In case of customer wishing to return the whole order, return the package free of charge to the customer service below, the return postage fee will be deducted from the money refunded to the customer or in case of an exchange, it is free of charge. Returns inside the EU area (except in Finland)

Parcels inside the EU area are delivered via GLS services. For a return or exchange you need to contact Tackla for a package pick-up. Customer is responsible for exchange and return shipping fees in the EU area except in the case of defect in the product or other seller fault. In case of whole order return, GLS return delivery fee is paid by the seller and it will be deducted from the customer refund. In case of an exchange, we invoice returning and resending postal fees from the customer.

Returns outside of the EU area

Parcels outside of the EU area are delivered using postal services. Customer is responsible for exchange and return shipping fees outside of the EU area except in case of defect in the product or other seller fault. In those cases the seller will refund the return fee to the customer in exchange of a delivery postal fee receipt.

Payment options

Invoice - Klarna

Easy and safe, you pay after you receive the parcel. Payment in 14 days.

Invoices that are past due are charged according to the current lawful late fee and the current interest for past due payments. Credit check will be done prior to granting a credit and delivery can be done only to the legal address of the credit holder.

Installments - Klarna Account

You can pay for your order using Klarna installment payment method. With this option Klarna AB opens you an account automatically with your first order.

You can select the monthly installments or choose from a provided payment schedules.

All Klarna purchases are automatically forwarded to the same account and the same monthly invoice, even if you pay with Klarna while visiting other online stores. For a monthly basis you will get only one invoice containing all your Klarna orders with only one billing fee. Once you have paid the invoice amount, the account is automatically closed.

To approve your purchase you will be asked to provide with the shopping cart your social security number, your official address and your annual income. You can get the approval of the decision immediately after confirming your order. With your first installment payment you will be sent an account agreement by mail, you need to resend a signed agreement back to Klarna AB.

Credit Card / Visa Electron

If you wish to pay by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express or any other approved cards, Tackla Pro Oy operates solely as the marketer of products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. Reclamations are processed by Paytrail Oyj.

Online Banking

E-Payment and financial services are provided with Paytrail Plc in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online bank payment.

PayPal

With PayPal payments Tackla Pro is the marketer, seller and provider of the products.

Delivery and transport

The product in stock will be delivered within 2-4 business days from order. Custom-made products delivery such as baseball judges suits depending on your location varies from 2-4 weeks. Tackla Pro Oy shall bear the cost if the products are damaged or lost during transportation. Tackla Pro Oy is responsible if the product is lost or damaged in the refund or exchange process.

Tax-free shopping

Tax-free purchase always includes the consumer tax (VAT) for purchases in the webshop. If the customer is entitled and wants a tax-free purchase, customer must always choose delivery option Customer Pickup Tackla Center Helsinki. If the pickup preference store is Tackla Center Lappeenranta, customer needs to inform this in the text field at the Checkout comment for customer service. Purchase must be paid by the options available at the webshop. When the order is ready for a pickup, the customer gets the goods from Tackla Center and gets the entitled tax refund as ruled by the Finnish Tax Administration.
